How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for only $20 CAD.
Every order is shipped securely with Canada Post Expedited Parcel and includes:

- Signature confirmation
- Secure packaging
Your jewelry is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually prepare and ship orders within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Montreal & surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
- Elsewhere in Canada: Up to 5 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package from our showroom to your door.
Is a signature required?
Yes.
For added security, every shipment requires a signature upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we proudly ship throughout Canada.
If you're located outside Canada, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss possible shipping options.
Store Pickup
Do you offer store pickup?
Yes!
We offer FREE store pickup from our private Montreal showroom.
Pickup is available by appointment only, and there is no additional charge.

Do you have a physical location?
Yes.
We have a private showroom in Montreal, Quebec, where we welcome customers by appointment.
This allows us to provide every visitor with dedicated, one-on-one service in a relaxed environment.
Can I visit without an appointment?
To provide the best experience for every customer, we kindly ask that all visits be scheduled in advance.
We do not accept walk-ins.

Our jewelry is manufactured to professional industry standards, and each piece is stamped to indicate its gold purity. Of course, a receipt will be provided (including description of the jewelry, karat, size and weight and price).
Can I have my jewelry tested?
Of course.
You're welcome come in person if you want us to test it in front of you.

Does 18K gold tarnish?
No.
Solid 18K gold does not rust or tarnish like plated jewelry.
With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its beauty for many years.

The price on the website is already final, no additional taxes or additional fees will be charged (except shipping fees).

To qualify, the jewelry must be:

- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
What if my order arrives damaged?
Although we carefully inspect every piece before shipping, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Photos of the item
- An unboxing video showing the package being opened
Unfortunately, we cannot process damage claims without an unboxing video.
