• Rest of Canada: Up to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your package has been shipped, Camali Bijoux is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Appointment Policy

Our showroom operates by appointment only.

Appointments may be booked for:

• Viewing our jewelry collection
• Trying on jewelry
• Personalized shopping assistance

If you cannot attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds

Exchanges

To qualify:

• Jewelry must be unworn.
• Jewelry must be in its original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• An unboxing video showing the package being opened

The unboxing video helps us protect both our customers and our business during the claims process.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement.
