At Camali Bijoux, every piece is crafted from authentic 18K solid gold and carefully inspected before it leaves our boutique. We are committed to providing exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

The jewelry must be unworn and unused.
The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging.
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

Returns

Due to the nature and value of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Personal preference
Any purchase made on KLARNA, AFFIRM, SHOP PAY, AFTER PAY.

Please contact us before placing your order if you need sizing assistance.

Final sale for installment and financing payments

Due to the processing, financing, and transaction fees associated with third-party payment and installment platforms as KLARNA, AFFIRM, SHOP PAY, AFTER PAY, all purchases made using these payment methods are considered final sale.

In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation or refund is approved, any processing fees, cancellation charges, financing costs, or interest already incurred are non-refundable and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Any approved refund will therefore be issued less the applicable non-refundable fees and charges.
